In Search of Invertebrates in the Černovír Forest
Excursion leaders:
Excursion description: We will set out from the playground located by the Černovír Forest (49.6195600N, 17.2628289E) and walk along the railway line past the waterworks to the so-called Černovír ponds. Along the way, we will search for invertebrates in the forest and in the meadows, especially insects and molluscs. We will also explore the ponds, which provide a habitat for many interesting animal species. The excursion will end at the same place where we started. The terrain is flat, but it may be waterlogged in some places, so sturdy footwear is recommended.
